Summer Camp

SUMMER CAMP REGISTRATION NOW OPEN !

Blaine Summer Camp is excited to be back for it’s fourth summer! Blaine Camp is offering 8 one week sessions that will have a specific theme including art, physical fitness, dance activities, games, cooking, group projects and enrichment activities that support the themes.

·       Summer Camp is staffed with Blaine teachers and staff members, as well as cooking with 10 Pound Cake.

·       Each 1-week session (5 days) costs $300, with the exception of the 2nd week ($240) which is only 4 days due to camp being closed in observance of the Fourth of July (Friday, July 3rd).

Schedule Information

o   Summer Camp hours are 8:00am - 4:00pm Monday-Friday . There is an aftercare option from 4:00pm-6:00pm for an additional $20 a day. (Sibling Discount: Siblings can be added on for $5 per child per day). Aftercare can be paid by the day and registration will open in June

o   Daily program includes theme activities, physical fitness, art, enrichment blocks, snack, cooking (weekly) and BINGO

o   Lunch (45 min) (NOTE: Lunch is NOT included. Campers can bring a lunch which we will keep in the fridge to keep cool!)

o   Class size is approximately 25 students. Students will be grouped according to age and/or grade level with activities and schedules that vary accordingly. At times, all groups will be together for all camp activities.

Enrollment Information

o   Summer Camp is for ages 4-12.

o   Use the form attached to sign-up for any of our eight themed weekly sessions. Use one form per student.

o   Rising 5th Graders and up can sign-up to be Junior Counselors and help plan various activities at summer

o   camp and assist with the younger campers to gain valuable experience in leadership.

o   Hourly and/or daily enrollment is not offered.

o   Discounts or adjustments are not made based on early dismissal or missed days.

o   There are no discounts for siblings, except for in the aftercare portion of camp .

o   A non-refundable deposit of $50 per week is required in order to reserve space in a session. The

o   remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to the session start date. If the balance is not paid, the

o   deposit is forfeited.

o   Blaine reserves the right to begin a waitlist if class sizes exceed the recommended amount. Parents will be notified if a waitlist is necessary. Any deposit will be refunded if the student is not enrolled.

o   Students who require excessive supervision or who display disruptive behavior may be released from the program at any time. If this occurs, a refund for unused days will be offered.
